Our Philosophy

Gyanmandala Yoga Studio

Gyanmandala Yoga Studio is part of a beautiful community building with music, food, coffee, dance and many other activity´s and projects made with love.

The vision of our Studio is to build and be part of community and offer a sanctuary in the busy city of Kathmandu for the practice of yoga. We invite you to join our daily classes, monthly workshops and retreats and practice and share yoga in a safe environment.
Yoga is an incredible tool to strenghten and invigorate your heart, body and mind. It is a body practice, philosophy and psychology that invites everyone to go on a journey to explore oneself.

Our Studio offers different styles of yoga and a wonderful team of dedicated teachers coming from different backgrounds and schools of yoga, joining their knowledge and sharing their practice in Gyanmandala Studio. Whether you are looking to build strength and flexibility, relaxation, a more balanced mind, we understand that different students have different needs. We wish to support you on your path of self-understanding and well being benefiting you as an individual but ultimately your community and the world as a whole.
