Booking Yoga Retreat

  • In any physical activity, risk of serious physical injury is possible. Yoga is no substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment. Yoga practice and/or specific poses are not recommended for individuals with certain conditions (e.g., cardiac illness, later stages of pregnancy, post-surgery) The student assumes the risk of yoga practice and releases the teacher(s) and Pranamaya Yoga from any liability claims. I am participating in a workshop, event, course or retreat, organised at Pranamaya Yoga. I am aware of the physical risks involved with strenuous exercise and understand it is my personal responsibility to consult with my doctor regarding my participation. I have no medical condition, which would prevent me from taking part in yoga sessions, and I assume responsibility for any risk or injury I may sustain as a result of my participation. Deposits paid for retreats or courses are non-refundable. Pranamaya Yoga offers refunds only when the Program is cancelled by Pranamaya Yoga. In place of a refund, you may also transfer your credit from a cancelled Program to any other within 12 months from the cancellation. In the case of a transfer, the value of the deposit is not lost. If the deposit is made through Paypal, please note that the refund amount will be less the surcharge fees charged by Paypal. Pranamaya Yoga may use any pictures or videos taken of participants during the Program. This includes digital images which may be posted on our website.
